Moreover, Adams' revenue last year was twice as high as that of Fitch, and included home sales that averaged $168,000, compared to Fitch's $144,000. Homes listed with Adams sell faster as well: ten years ago, I listed my home with Fitch and it took more than four months to sell; last year, when I sold another home, I listed it with Adams, and it took only one month. Thus, if you want to sell your home quickly and at a good price, you should use Adams."

The author here in the argument tries to convince about the current market situation of  two firms ADAMS Reatly and Fitch Realty. The argument states that Adams is more superior compared with Fitch considering various aspects such as 40:25 number of agents,revenue collection $168k:$144k and the time of selling when a client gets listed his/her property for Adams and Fitch respectively. However when  more light is shed on the issue and more detailed facts are concerned,it is very easy to see that argument have several grave fallacies in its assumptions as well as in its false analogy.


The author argues that Adam is more superior in every terms of area of real estate which are just mentioned above. Still more detailed statistics needs to be given for proving the argument of better real estate firm in support of Adams.It can also be inferred from both sides; number of real estate agents are more needed when the business is not going good and less needed when business flourishes. For doing more marketing and catching customers more agents are needed but if estate like Fitch is already pre-established then there is no need of more number of agents. The statistics provided here is just for last here where Adam estate is leading Fitch. When more detailed statistics is accumulated of last many years and total number of market shares and its value in the market the picture would get more clear but here the details are missing by the author.An overall approach needs to be considered to prove Adam more superior.It may be the rising period for Adam but cannot be assured as more superior with absence of information .Example given here of selling in one month is just a opinion of one single person and there may be many contradictory examples which prove the same point wrong. So we need to consider the views of all clients who have posted in the forum.It may happen that last to last year Fitch may have an average of $200 k and Adam $100 k(example)  as any of such previous data is not available it is not logical to say Adam is more superior.

Finally,in absence of cumulative data of many years is not provided ;it is very difficult to draw the conclusion
Although the arguments made by the author are valid but has not considered many issues for drawing the conclusion,much work is left by arguer to prove his/her point valid and needs a cogent approach.
