"It is easy to welcome innovation and accept new ideas. What most people find difficult, however, is accepting the way these new ideas are put into practice."

It is rightly said that people usually do welcome innovations and new ideas. They encourage them but when the time  comes up for implementation people find it much difficult to implement these ideas more pragmatically.

For instance most of the  business firms till 1990s were used to  their official tasks on paper. Although with arrival of ERP(Enterprise resource planning) systems all big and small scale industries shifted to ERP systems managing firms doing paperless work. Now specifically business firms apart from software fields and computer systems;employees who were used to computer systems were quite good in adapting these systems but those who were not  and liked the new idea of ERP systems; were not finding much easy to shift their tasks on computer systems making it paperless. These employees had problems adapting computers and so were given training. Still many suffered. Thus after some time in a decade all of the firms shifted their tasks paperless from big MNC's to Medium small scale industries.

Now let us shift for knowing the reasons why people find it difficult in accepting the ways these new ideas are put into usual practices. People find it difficult when they have to do tasks in a different way apart from what they used to do it for years. This makes them sick. "Human nature resists change sometimes" is rightly said. In a recent survey it was found that business firms were never lagging  in making strategies for growth but they lagged in implementing them and putting the strategies into action. Many have many ideas hovering in their minds but to put it into practice is the real test. It is better instead to have only one innovation and implement it within no time than to having many innovations and ideas only on paper. People in history may have a idea to make a asset that can fly. Leonardo De Vinci the great thinker and artist who was the creator of famous painting Monalisa had made a device on paper which can fly with full details and specifications. Still he was unable implement it practically. People admire new ideas ,new innovations but find it much more difficult when time comes up for implementation.

Thus it is rightly said that people find it difficult in accepting the ways of implementing new ideas and innovations as they have to start from scrap and have to adapt new things, learn new things.
