Directly add members to google group without sending them invitation- a new feature added to new form of google groups

Folks you can add directly your friends or members in the google groups.
Earlier we had  many issues of email requests getting bounced back and all.
Now they have added one more feature of adding members directly without sending time consuming requests and wait till the user accepts it.

SHORTCUT

lets go through it....!!!

AS shown in the images open your owners account and click on the following as shown in the images.
1>
members(on right side )>manage(on right side)>members (on top left)>add me directly

2>then as shown in step 3 image fill it with respective email ids and then you will be asked to fill up some formalities of CAPTCHA letters for authentication.
then click on add.
